First the material, then the approach
A painted façade, facing brick or wood: each material tolerates something different. So we start by looking. What gets a façade clean must not harm it.
On the coast, white façades and facing brick soon show a green film. We look at the material first and choose an approach that does not damage the façade.

Wind brings salt and sand, and moisture lingers on the side that gets little sun. That is where the green film appears first. A white façade, of which there are many in Het Zoute, shows it sooner than a dark one.
For a façade we usually come and look first: the height, the access and the condition of the material decide what is possible. After that you receive a clear proposal.
A façade rarely gets dirty on its own. We often include the terrace, the driveway or the paths around the house in the same visit, so the whole is cared for again.
That is why we look at the material and its condition beforehand. We choose an approach that fits, and say so honestly if cleaning is not the right choice.
That depends on the height and the access. We look on site and say honestly what we can carry out ourselves.
Sometimes. For a façade a site visit is usually needed to judge it properly.
That depends on the location and the material. We suggest a rhythm, you decide.
